We have a track record in supporting the creation and then acceleration of innovative startups with a Venture Studio logic where we offer to our partner founders a huge network of experts across the board and at almost zero upfront cost: from top corporate and IP attorneys to cybersecurity consultants.
We also directly help our companies in portfolio through an activity of fractional Chief Strategy Officer that includes business development to close the first deals, business planning, fundraising, initial Go-To-Market in the markets of interest.
Our goal is to put the company in the condition to reach a sustainable growth within 2 years from the foundation.
- We provide the initial capital to founders to create the Company
- We support the founders on all the initial corporate aspects through a network of partner corporate attorneys: incorporation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, employees and founders incentive plans, etc
- We help in shaping the IP strategy with the support of a network of top IP attorneys
- We work with the founders on an initial business strategy: business model, focus market, pricing aspects, launch strategy, commercial offer
- We support the company in exploring the first business development deals for strategic partnerships and to execute a first Go-to-Market Strategy in the markets of interest (both in terms of geographies and sectors)
- We offer a network of experts in different sectors to recruit advisors with a “work for equity model” to minimize cash burn, in particular: cybersecurity, data privacy, innovation strategy, market intelligence, OKRs methodology, business operations, execution frameworks, marketing and growth
- We partner with the founders for a pre-seed or seed fundraise to further accelerate the growth. We architect and design a club deal leveraging our wide connections in the angels and VC community
- We support the company at the right time in creating a scalable framework of customers acquisition and in establishing the monitoring of the key business metrics
